Refund & Cancellation
We believe in transparency and trust. Read our clear refund terms for development, design, and website management services.
1. Refund Eligibility
Our service refund guidelines are structured to respect our client's investments as well as our engineering team's labor:
- Design Projects: 100% refund is available if requested before mockup drafts are initiated. A partial 50% refund applies once wireframe mockups are completed but before coding starts.
- Custom Development: Refunds are calculated based on milestones. Completed and approved project milestone releases are non-refundable.
- Marketing Campaigns: Setup and ad management fees are non-refundable once campaigns are live on Facebook, Google, or other ad networks.
2. Cancellation Guidelines
Clients can manage or cancel their ongoing website maintenance or monthly subscriptions under the following rules:
- Monthly support contracts and domain management subscriptions require a **7-day written notice** before the next billing cycle.
- Late payments exceeding 15 days from the invoice date may lead to temporary suspension of hosting or support operations.
3. Resolution & Process
We process all valid refund claims within **7 to 10 business days** once approved by our accounts department. Refunds will be issued back via original local mobile financial systems (bKash/Nagad) or corporate bank transfers.
